About this role
Key Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and email.
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement.
• Process and confirm customer orders accurately.
• Guide customers through payment procedures including MoMo payments.
• Track and update customers on delivery status.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and payments.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.
• Support promotional campaigns and inform customers about new products or offers.
• Work closely with the operations and delivery team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Requirements
• Minimum of Senior High School (SHS) certificate; Diploma or higher is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or online order management is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use WhatsApp Business, social media platforms, and basic computer applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customer requests.
